Yaver is an AI-powered phone assistant service that:

  • Answers incoming calls on your behalf when you’re unavailable
  • Takes notes and creates summaries of conversations
  • Sends notifications about calls via SMS, email, or WhatsApp
  • Manages call forwarding and routing
  • Makes outbound calls on your behalf (where available)

3. Account Registration

To use Yaver, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing Plans

  • We offer various subscription plans as detailed on our website
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed annually
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing period
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

Phone Number Allocation

  • Each subscription includes a dedicated phone number
  • Phone numbers remain allocated for the duration of your subscription

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use Yaver for illegal purposes or activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others through the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Record calls without appropriate consent where required by law
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Call Recording and Privacy

  • Yaver may record calls to provide transcription and summary services
  • You are responsible for informing callers about recording where required by law
  • We process call data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

7. Intellectual Property

  • Yaver and its content are owned by Codeck Software, Inc.
  • You retain ownership of your data and content
  • You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Yaver is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codeck Software, Inc. from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your access to the service and data will be discontinued

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution
